Makeup Transformation to Maleficent in time with Hong Kong Disneyland’s Disney Halloween Time

Halloween is one of my favorite season as a makeup enthusiast. I can be as creative as I can be, well this year, let me bring you a transformation beyond the fearsome Disney Villain. I’ll be recreating Disney Villain Maleficent. All of the props from horns and clothes are DIY. Horns are made with aluminum foil formed into horns and I wrapped it with electrical tape to have that black leatherette look.

For the make-up look here is a quick animation on what I did to my face, to achieve Maleficent look.

Experience and get thrilled this Halloween Time with Disney's wickedest Villains at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.

Disney Halloween Time from September 12 to October 31 2019.  An all-new musical shows “Let’s Get Wicked” and “Jack Skellington’s Villainous Gathering,” giving guests an unforgettable Halloween. Guests can also enjoy the “Journey to Halloween Town” trick-or-treat walkthrough experience and immerse themselves in classic scenes from “Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas.”

Have you seen Mickey and his beloved friends wearing their Halloween costumes? Now is a perfect time to visit Hong Kong Disney Land as Mickey and his friends sing, dance while distributing candies at Mickey's "Halloween Time Street Party". Vampirina will also be making her debut this Halloween, and she can’t wait to spook guests at The Annex! You can also meet your favorite Disney friends and Villains at the “Halloween Time Festival Gardens” in Fantasyland throughout the day, where Winnie the Pooh and his friends will appear in special Halloween costumes.

At night, Maleficent, Hades, Captain Hook, Queen of Hearts, Cruella de Vil and Frollo will take over the gardens. Guests can also enjoy face painting and other activities at the Disney Trick-or-Treat booths.

Halloween party will never be complete without some Halloween treats. Hong Kong Disney Land prepared over 40 mouth-watering Halloween treats. It is located at the Main Street Bakery, a Wizard Pumpkin Cups and Halloween Oreo Puddings, or even try magical beverages like the Mickey’s Scary Time or Magic Potion at the hotel restaurants.

Fans of Jack Skellington can feast on Jack’s themed food and beverage items, including Jack’s Haunted Pizza at the World of Color Restaurant, and Dark & White Chocolate Mousse Cake with Passion Fruit Jelly at the Chart Room Cafe, or you can even try it for yourself and decorating with family and friends at the “Halloween Cookies DIY Workshop” at Chef Mickey!

Your visit at Hong Kong Disney Land will never be complete without a take-home souvenir. Over 110 special Halloween-themed merchandise items will be available for guests to purchase during the Halloween season, including stylish headbands and Evil Queen T-shirts from the new Villain series.
